Technical details

• Unrestricted Agri-PV system, which can be implemented in a south, north or east-west orientation, depending on requirements and efficiency, height and width can be individually adjusted, modules lying horizontally and horizontally on top.
• The dimensions (height, width, connection strut) are variable and can be adapted according to customer requirements.
• On the one hand, there is the option of installing a post in each row.
• This variant is to be preferred, as it can be built very filigree and saves steel.
• Can be installed either as a flexible two-row system or as an "endless" system that spans several rows of plants.
• On the other hand, there is the possibility of spanning several rows. This variant is used when working across rows (e.g. long sprayer booms). More steel is used here for static reasons.
• The light transmission can be adjusted by the distance between the rows of modules.
• The microclimate under the Endless system helps to reduce the susceptibility of the vines to late frosts, possibly through the use of heating wires etc.
• The module roof supports also to reduce erosion and thus to maintain the soil quality with pipe components made of steel cut / stamped or galvanized according to DIN EN 1461.
• The digitally controlled tracking system ensures that the solar modules are always optimally aligned to the sun. (up to 30% more solar yield compared to a southern orientation)
• An anemometer helps to operate the system without damage. Can be used in the field of fruit growing in addition to wine growing

Photovoltaic self-consumption is worthwhile if the electricity costs saved are greater than the feed-in tariff. (EEG 2023)

The excess electricity is ideally fed into the grid via the local energy supplier.

As a rule, the customer takes care of the grid connection himself in cooperation with the local grid operator.

But direct marketing can also be worthwhile in view of the rapid increase in electricity prices on the exchange. (as of April 2022)
