Agri-PV vertical wall mounting

Agri-photovoltaic substructure vertical wall support

Our tailor-made combination of individual components.

The cost-effective and space-saving solution for Agri-PV

Doubling the yield of the cultivated area through the combination of agricultural use and photovoltaics. This vertical system offers an efficient approach to farming that increases productivity while using renewable energy. The row spacing is optimized for the machines to be used, taking into account the shading angle. Installation is carried out at all essential fastening points using clamp connections - simple, quick and flexible. The modules are fixed and grounded by clamps on the long side of the frame. Precisely fitting cable clips and covers enable neat cable routing. Simple height adjustment of the terrain using variable connection points.

Technical details

  • For large-format and bifacial modules for the greatest possible energy generation
  • Maximum use of agricultural land thanks to the wall system's minimal space requirement
  • Unhindered passage between the rows of walls
  • Optimal power generation at any time of day and year
  • Only three main components (posts, bars, connection profile)
  • Easy installation thanks to just a few components
  • Galvanized steel / zinc flake-coated steel / stainless steel
  • Project-specific planning
  • Static calculation according to recognized rules of technology. Proof of stability for the mounting system based on the Eurocode
  • Load assumptions correspond to DIN EN 1991-1, ASCE 7-05/10/16 and the regulations of the national appendix
  • One or two rows of modules in horizontal orientation

Mains connection

Photovoltaic self-consumption is worthwhile if the electricity costs saved are greater than the feed-in tariff. (EEG 2023)

The surplus electricity is ideally fed into the grid via the local energy supplier.

As a rule, the customer takes care of the network connection himself in collaboration with the local network operator.

But direct marketing can also be worthwhile in view of the rapidly increasing price of electricity on the exchange. (as of April 2022)
